Conspiracy
Conspiracy is an agreement between two or more people to commit
a crime.   A criminal defense attorney is called upon to
help examine in detail the client’s role, if any, in the alleged
conspiracy, and to force the prosecution to prove the existence of
an agreement to commit a crime.  Once charged, it is important
that the attorney work with the client to re-create and record every
contact the client had with an alleged co-conspirator, documenting
the date, time, and substance of each and every in-person discussion,
            telephone call, and meeting.
